I am grateful to be raised in an ethnic family that taught me to appreciate and love ethic foods. Yesterday in Tampa I experienced a wonderful Cuba dinner at one of those small family restaurants that were far distant from the ordinary dull chain cuisine. Every dish was wonderful.
