I had my semi annual doctors appointment this morning.  My doctor who had not seen me in 6 months just said “Wow!” At the end of my exam, he said he could not ask for anything more.  All my health checks were excellent with perfect blood pressure.  It was especially nice hearing him refer to me as a slim, trim and fit guy.  Oh how things have changed over the past 6 years.
