Well, going on our 3rd day with no web access and phone at home. A series of thunderstorms left us without RoadRunner, phone and a broken security system on Monday. ADT fixed the security yesterday.
I’ve been on the phone so many times with Time Warner that I can’t even begin to count them. Yesterday morning I finally talked to a customer Service Rep who set-up an appointment for Monday. Last night I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a level 2 Technical Support person with no luck. Brett helped me diagnose the problem. (Too bad he is in Miami.) It looks like a bad cable modem. So, today I am taking it to Time Warner to get it replaced.
