I love assembling a Thanksgiving menu. I tend to rely heavily on family favorites and recipes passed down through the years. My mother’s dressing is so good. I think that it is the best. Even better, I can recreate the taste perfectly. This year I am trying another dressing recipe from the Akron Beacon Journal. It sounds delicious, and I am willing to experiment with a different taste. Let’s hope the family agrees.
