Today, I begin a weeklong series of “Top 5…” posts. These are snippets of 2011 from different perspectives. I am starting this series with the top five photos of the year.  I like to take photographs. I stop short of calling myself a photographer. I take photos to capture and chronicle my life experiences. My camera is always with me on vacation, bike rides, fairs, festivals, special events and family gatherings. Four of these photos were taken by me and one by a professional photographer.
