Off to the Keys!
Early tomorrow we leave for Key West and 5 days of pure sun and relaxation. We are staying at Big Ruby’s. This guesthouse is so nice. We stayed there on our first visit to the Keys. The location is perfect, the service top notch and the room is oh so nice! Tomorrow night we should be having mojitos on a cafe along Duval street.

Weight Watchers: Week 21
Finally a big drop after many weeks! This week I weighed in at 248.4 pounds. It was a 2.8 pound loss this week. Bringing my total loss to 19.8 pounds.. almost at 20. Can you prevent a heart attack? It’s a complex question to answer. Coronary heart disease is largely hereditary.
