Finally a big drop after many weeks! This week I weighed in at 248.4 pounds. It was a 2.8 pound loss this week. Bringing my total loss to 19.8 pounds.. almost at 20. This week I walked 45 minutes at lunch on two days. I think that made the difference. This week I plan on doing the treadmill 3 times. It will be interesting to see how I fit it in given the schedule I have on my calendar.
