Wow! This long weekend is going fast. I am lucky enough to have a four day weekend. Brett has been gone 8 days and is coming home tonight. He was in Oklahoma working and visiting some of our friends in Texas for the past few days since he was so close to them.

I had a weekend of leisure and decided to do nothing… almost anything. I slept in every day. As much as Abby and Bosley would allow me. On Saturday I went to the Hartville Flea /Market with Rob, a friend. We had a great time and ate at the Hartville Kitchen. I bought a few things. I’ve taken a liking to collect 1950’s clear glass refrigerator ware. I got 3 odds and ends pieces for only $1.

I returned to Hartville today on the way to visit my brother and mom in Alliance. It was a zoo there. I did get some good produce buys. The asparagus looked great and I bought some. I am making a marinated balsamic asparagus salad tomorrow with our BBQ.
