We love the new Food Network show, The Ace of Cakes. OK, Duff is a cute bear but the show is so, so cool. It’s refreshing to see a Food Network show where the censor has to bleep things out. It’s pretty obvious from comments and innuendos that the staff is family.

This week’s Fist of Rock cake was really something, as well as, the flamingos. It’s amazing how artistic these folks are. I love Mary Alice, the receptionist/manager. She is too cool. Anyway, tune into Food Network on Thursday night at 10:30 p.m. for an innovative show. It is not what you expect of a bakery.
