Weight Watchers: Week 1

This Monday I started Weight Watchers. I am starting with their newest plan, the Core Plan. It allows you to eat healthy, natural foods at any quantity to fulfill your hunger. You then have a supply of extra points to use during the week for prepared foods and special occasions. It pretty much aligns with the foods Brett and I are eating today. I weighed in at 268.5 at my first meeting. I figure that I would post it here to motivate me to be successful. My goal for 17 weeks is to lose 26 pounds.
