Weight Watchers: Week 2

It was week two at Weight Watchers, the first real week where you have to show results or be embarrassed. I lost 9 pounds and weighed in at 259.2 pounds. I was so excited. I chose their Core Plan and tried to stay on it he best I could all week. We ate out at Max and Erma’s Saturday, but I got their low-cal salad with pineapple, oranges and chicken. I intended to exercise at least three times last week. I rode the bike for 20 minutes yesterday. It tired me out. I need to get my endurance up so that we can ride the Towpath Trail.
