The concrete goose on our deck looks pretty cold. The first major snowy weekend is upon us. Yesterday Nicki and Matt, good friends of Brett’s family, graduated from Kent with their Masters. We went to graduation and dinner after. It was nice when we entered the gym. We came out to a snow storm. We had dinner reservations at Crave in Downtown Akron. The drive sucked and took us double the time. Anyway, we had a good time. Dinner was just OK. We were a little disappointed by our dinners.

Today we slept in. Brett’s parents had spent the night because of the weather. They left early today to get back to Utica before the next wave came. They did the right thing. It’s been snowing and blowing all afternoon. There’s about 6″ of snow on the drive. It’s pointless to snow blow it since it’s blowing so hard.
