I spent Friday night and most of Saturday at a leadership retreat at Salt Fork Lodge. I am often leery of these events since the success is highly dependent on the organizers and the participants
. Often, one or the other is off and the result is less than rewarding. This weekend was a success. It was a valuable time for me.
As a president of a local Lutheran non-profit fraternal organization, I was looking for networking opportunities and lessons learned frofellow officers. They were there and had a good bit of insight. Now I have to apply it to the job at hand.
