Last night we had a group of our bear friends over for the first picnic of the year. Although it was flurrying and about 30, we got into the summer mood and BBQ’d. It was a nice group of about 10. It was also pretty easy for us since we only grilled the meat dishes and folks brought salads and desserts.

We were glad to see Shannon and Steve from Cincy come up for the weekend. Brett has chatted with Steven for years. They are just the sweetest, nicest guys. They also were good party folk. Everyone had a good time.

I am going to post the recipe for the white BBQ sauce. It isvery tasty and a nice alternative to traditional BBQ sauce.
