The Midterm Midtacular, as Jon Stewart refers to the 2006 midterm election, is finally over. I think the results clearly show that Ohio and America are in support of true family values. You heard it in Sherrod Brown’s victory speech. Ohioans are tired of the politics of fear and smear but ready to embrace progressive politics for the middle class, the underprivileged and disenfranchised. I admire Sherrod Brown as a politician. He stands up for what he believes and takes risks. In today’s economy and world, we can not stand stagnant but must move forward with progressive and innovative solutions in our state. We have turned the corner in Ohio.
