It was a scary weigh-in today. After not weighing in for 2 weeks that included a week in Chicago, I was certain I had gained a few pounds. However, I weighed in at 252.2 and lost .6 pounds bringing my total loss to date to 16 pounds. I’ll take it since I had a week that included Chicago pizza and other things with points out of this world. I am sure two slices of pizza was more than my weekly point allowance for out of the core plan foods.
