I was happy with my weigh-in today. I had been tracking my loss during the week and knew it hovered around 1 pound. I weighed in at 251.4 and lost .8 pounds bringing my total loss to date to 16.8 pounds. I know the loss is slow, but I have to admit I am pretty much eating what I want. I watch the portions and choose carefully. I would like to get back to losses of more than a fraction of the pound. More importantly, I know what I need to do to get there. Being under 250 is my goal for next week.
