Add together that I haven’t weighed-in for 2 weeks, eating fat at the Canfield and Stark County Fairs, and hosting a Labor Day picnic, I felt like I would have my first gain at Weight Watchers. I was pleasantly surprised to weigh-in at 250.6 and lost .8 pounds bringing my total loss to date to 17.6 pounds. This is the slowest weight loss plan I have ever had. I have to say the Core Plan works for me. I pretty much follow it and eat what I pretty much want and I still have a modest loss each week. I need to add in some exercise and count the points more seriously to see some real loss. Fewer than 250 pounds is so close for me. I will be disappointed if I don’t make it next week.
