Today’s weigh-in wasn’t too bad. I lost .4 pounds bringing by weight down to 250.2 pounds. My loss to date is 18 pounds. I am just about where I was before vacation. It was a challenging week with a dinner out and day of entertaining for work and then a game night party at home.
Bonus October Weekend
It was a perfect weekend weatherwise. Saturday morning we started with a trip to the vet’s for Bosley’s annual checkup. We stopped at Hartville Marketplace to pickup some vegetables. Weight Watchers: Week 18
It was week #1 for the new Weight Watchers at Work series. My goal for the week was to lose the weight I gained on vacation. I did pretty well losing 1.4 pounds bringing by weight down to 250.6 pounds. My loss to date is 16.2 pounds. It doesn’t seem that unreasonable to lose the other .8 pounds and a little more this week.
